It is the policy of Niall Russell Engineering to comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation. It is our intention that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and that all reasonable measures are taken to avoid risk to employees, sub-contractors or others who may be affected by our activities.
All employees and sub-contractors are expected to co-operate with Management in implementing this policy and must ensure that their work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.
It is the policy of Niall Russell Engineering to consult with its employees and sub-contractors on matters of health and safety and to encourage them to comply with their duty under the 2005 Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act and to notify Management of any workplace hazards they identify.
The allocation of duties for safety matters and particular arrangements to implement this policy are set out in the company Safety Statement, which is available to all employees and sub-contractors at locations where Niall Russell Engineering carries out its business.
The policy will be reviewed as required, particularly as the business changes in nature and size, to ensure that it is kept up to date.
