Dublin City Ladders

Bespoke fixed access ladders fabricated in our Drogheda workshop and installed across Dublin city and county — for utilities, contractors, councils and industrial facilities.

Industrial Access Systems

Specialist dublin city ladders — designed, fabricated, installed.

NR Engineering fabricates and installs industrial ladders throughout Dublin city and county. From rooftop access ladders on commercial buildings to tank ladders for utility and water industry sites, every ladder is designed, manufactured and certified by an experienced Irish engineering contractor.

We work with Dublin-based main contractors, M&E consultants, facility managers and local authority engineers. Each ladder is built to suit the specific structure, loading and access requirements of the project — not pulled off a generic catalogue.

Whether you need a single galvanised cage ladder for a roof hatch in Dublin 4, or a run of stainless tank ladders across a north Dublin industrial estate, we deliver fabrications that pass inspection and serve safely for decades.

Typical applications

Where we apply this work

  • Rooftop access on Dublin commercial buildings
  • Plantroom and HVAC access ladders
  • Water tower and reservoir ladders
  • Pumping station entry ladders
  • Industrial tank and vessel access
  • Council and local authority infrastructure

Dublin is one of our most active markets. The combination of a dense commercial built environment, large utility infrastructure and a strong manufacturing base means there is constant demand for properly engineered fixed access ladders — and very little tolerance for shortcuts. Our Dublin clients come back to us because we treat every ladder as a one-off engineering job, not a catalogue order.

From our Drogheda workshop we are typically on a Dublin site within an hour, which means surveys, drops and snag visits happen on time without weeks of lead time. That responsiveness — combined with full in-house fabrication and installation — is why main contractors, FM providers and Irish Water framework partners specify NR Engineering for Dublin access projects.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can't see your question? Call us on 087 253 7966 or email nreng1@gmail.com.

Are your Dublin ladders certified?+

Yes. All fixed ladders are designed and fabricated to EN ISO 14122-4 and supplied with full material certs, weld records and an inspection report. Where required, we provide load calculations signed off by a chartered structural engineer.

Can you install ladders in occupied Dublin buildings?+

Yes — we regularly install in live offices, hotels, hospitals and industrial sites across Dublin, working evenings, weekends and shutdowns where access requires it. RAMS and permit-to-work documentation is issued in advance.

What finishes do you offer for Dublin coastal sites?+

Hot-dip galvanising to ISO 1461 is standard. For corrosive coastal environments or pharma/food-grade installations we fabricate in 304 or 316 stainless steel.

How do I get a quote?+

Send drawings, specifications or a brief description by email to nreng1@gmail.com, or call/WhatsApp 087 253 7966. We'll review the scope and come back to you with pricing and a realistic lead time, usually within one working day.

What areas of Ireland do you cover?+

Our workshop is in Drogheda, Co. Louth and we work nationwide across Ireland — with regular projects in Louth, Meath, Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Wexford, Cavan, Monaghan and throughout Leinster. We also travel to Munster and Connacht for utility, water and industrial clients.
