Utility Infrastructure Fabrication
Bespoke fabrications, support structures, access systems and brackets for Ireland's water, power and telecoms infrastructure clients.
Water Industry Engineering
Specialist utility infrastructure fabrication — designed, fabricated, installed.
Utilities run on bespoke fabrication — the off-the-shelf bracket, the off-the-shelf kiosk frame, the off-the-shelf antenna mast simply doesn't exist for most utility-scale work. NR Engineering provides the bespoke fabrication backbone for utility clients in Ireland: water, wastewater, power and telecoms.
We support utility framework contractors and utility asset owners directly. Our scope ranges from small bracket batches through to complete kiosk and support steel packages for new substations, pumping stations and treatment works.
Every fabrication is built to last in the field — properly designed, properly finished and properly documented.

Typical applications
Where we apply this work
- Water industry kiosk steel
- Substation support structures
- Telecoms mast brackets and platforms
- Process plant support steel
- Equipment skid frames
- Custom utility brackets and supports
Utility fabrication often involves repeat batches — for example, a standard kiosk frame rolled out across dozens of sites — combined with one-off bespoke items for specific assets. We are comfortable with both. Our workshop is set up for short-batch fabrication with full traceability so utility clients get both economy and audit-grade records.
We work directly with utility procurement teams and as a specialist subcontractor to utility framework contractors.

Frequently asked questions
Can't see your question? Call us on 087 253 7966 or email nreng1@gmail.com.
Can you produce repeat batches?+
Yes — we run short and medium batches of utility brackets, kiosk frames and support steel, with full per-batch traceability.
Do you work on live substations or live water assets?+
We work to the client's permit-to-work and isolation requirements. Site teams are Safe Pass certified and inducted to client-specific standards as required.
Do you handle installation as well as fabrication?+
Yes — we fabricate in our Drogheda workshop and install on site with our own crews, lifting equipment and Safe Pass certified operatives. One contractor, one point of accountability, from drawing board to handover.
How do I get a quote?+
Send drawings, specifications or a brief description by email to nreng1@gmail.com, or call/WhatsApp 087 253 7966. We'll review the scope and come back to you with pricing and a realistic lead time, usually within one working day.
